General pairing related Bluetooth API improvements

    Description

      The Qt Bluetooth API does not provide the ability to set a customize PIN to connect to a device. Currently 6 digit random number is send by code every time when a PIN is necessary. This does not help with embedded device which expect PIN like (0000 / 1111 etc.)
      Also there is no signal emitted if paired device goes out of range. To circumvent this application has to use a polling mechanism to check if device is out of range.
