iOS enterprise package includes Context 2D scenegraph plugin

    Description

      Using qt-enterprise-mac-x64-ios-5.4.0-rc_2014-11-21_16-31-01-94.dmg on Mac 10.9

      Using for example the calculator or controls gallery examples. They build and run with no problem in Debug mode (devices tried iPod iOS 8 and iPad ios6).

      When trying the release mode (both for phone and emulator), the build fails with an error like:
