QtQuick Window color with alpha doesn't work in Windows 8.1

      The example Window colored with 0.3 alpha doesn't work with Windows 8.1. At the beginning it works as expected but after moving transparency is totally messed up. Cannot add screenshot because against all odds it looks normal.

      it also works if you add some opacity.
      color: Qt.rgba(127, 0, 0, 0.3)
      opacity: 0.99
