Qt Linguist doesn't use context information provided by id-based translations

      LUpdate doesn't put anything in the <context><name> element but puts it in the <extra-Context> element which Qt Linguist ignores.
      For a project which uses id based translations, having what could be thousands of translations all grouped under <unnamed context> isn't very helpful for the translator.
      It would be good if Qt Linguist took note of the way that Id-based translations use the context.
