adding one too many dock widgets results in odd rendering

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. launch the mainwindow demo
      2. maximize window (on linux, you might need to force the window size, otherwise it could grow bigger)
      3. undock the red dock widget.
      4. add as many dock widgets as possible in the top area
      5. double click on the red dock widget
      some of the dock widgets should now overlap.
