WinRT: Use INSTALLS instead of DEPLOYMENT for Visual Studio projects

      Right now one has to use INSTALLS in Qt Creator and DEPLOYMENT for Visual Studio projects. That is highly confusing to the user, especially as we ask him/her to switch between the two during development/publishing phase.
