QTextEdit gets focus after a WheelEvent

      1. Have a program showing to QTextEdits or QPlainTextEdits. (Demo attached.)
      2. Scroll the mouse wheel over one of the edits. Do not click at all.
        The edit below the mouse pointer will get focus.

      I don't think that an edit should get focus without being clicked. Native edits don't seem to behave like Qt does, neither on Gnome/Unity nor on Windows.
