macOS: Focus chain behavior is not always correct - Cocoa

    Description

      With Qt-applications controls like checkboxes and comboboxes could alo get a focus rect, however the behavior is not always consistent.

      This can be reproduced in Designer. Opening the Preferences of Designer and clicking on the Forms tab, the "Visible" checkbox has a focus rect. Pressing tab on the keyboard will make the focus rect disappear and furthmore it is now impossible to navigate back to this checkbox.
      This seems inconsistent, as one should either be able to navigate to all checkboxes, or not at all.
