Shortcut '+' not working

    Description

      Actions with shortcut set to + do not trigger if the plus sign is entered (Shift and =/+ key on a standard Mac keyboard with US layout).

      Example code:
      '-' triggers the 'Minus' action (connected to hide statusbar)
      '+' should trigger the 'Plus' action (connected to show statusbar) but does nothing instead. Choosing the menu with the mouse instead works fine.

      Possibly related to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-33093 (similar issue, but under Linux and only with '+' from keypad).
