QTabWidget and QTabBar's elide mode doesn't work correctly with CSS padding and border

    Description

      When the elide mode is set to ElideRight (or ElideLeft or ElideMiddle) for a QTabWidget or a QTabBar, and a CSS padding and/or border is added to the tabs, the title text gets cut off at the edges of the tabs.

      Attached is a .ui file which demonstrates this behaviour and a screenshot.
