QClipboard hasText() false when the clipboard contains text (windows)

      Sometimes hasText() of QClipboard::mimeData() returns false although text data is in the clipboard.
      If another function (e.g. formats()) is called first hasText() returns the correct state.

      Looks like the internal format map is not in sync with the clipboard.
