open.mapquest.com goes offline starting 11.07.2016

      According to MapQuest, their open access maps are going offline, as warned here:

      and here:
      http://devblog.mapquest.com/2016/06/15/modernization-of-mapquest-results-in-changes-to-open-tile-access/

      MapQuest open tiles are currently used in the openstreetmap geoservice plugin as street and satellite tile provider.
      There is a quite high chance that starting from july 11th 2016, this plugin won't work anymore with street and satellite maps.
