windeployqt --release --dry-run --list mapping app.exe fails

      Qt 5.4.2 happily reported the list of files an executable depends on via
      windeployqt --release --dry-run --list mapping.

      Qt 5.5.1 will not report this list because apparently it MUST patch a file, even during --dry-run.

      It just reports:
      Unable to patch Z:\app-win\App\QtUI\Qt5Core.dll: Could not read file content

      This was probably caused by the fix for QTBUG-41842 .
