Add public API for QZipReader and QZipWriter

    Description

      The request is to get QZipReader and QZipWriter as part of public Qt API.

      Currently it is possible to use the private apis and there are external interfaces like KArchive but those are not optimal to use and bring additional dependencies and license considerations.
