Windows: Transparent background in a GL window with frames is not cleared while moving

    Description

      When transparent background is set for Window and it is moved around, transparent area seems to not be cleared which causes visible content (including window frame) to be kind of cloned.

      To reproduce:

      • run attached example
      • move window around
