wmfengine.dll missing in intaller

    Description

      Since Qt 5.6 and onwards, wmfengine.dll is no longer anywhere to be found in the plugins\mediaservice directory from the installer. Because it was removed before QTBUG-45596 has been fixed, applications depending on QAudioDecoder on Windows are now broken.
