Parse and pass advertised service UUIDs with device discovery result

Although QTBUG-46008 suggests adding a new API to be able to access or set advertising data of LE devices, there is API already existing for partial functionality: get a list of advertised services during device discovery, using the QBluetoothDeviceInfo::serviceUuids() method call.

This will solve the immediate problem of not being able to identify devices of interest without having to connect and doing a full service discovery.
