QWebEngineView Flickers on Resize

    Description

      Attached please find a very simple example for working with QWebEngineView within the QWidgets framework. When run on Windows 10, I receive the following flickering effects during resize:

      I've tried a number of workarounds, posted on the Qt forum, and am unable to remove it. Perhaps I'm using it wrong, but its unclear what the appropriate approach is. This is a simplified version of the online WebEngineView example, which has the same issue.
