Distribute CMake tools as part of the QtSDK

    Description

      Since https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-17290 we can add cmake tools via sdktool executable.

      Since https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/merge_requests/386 we can easy create QtSDK compatible CMake package.

      Now it's work for me on Windows.

      I need support QtSDK developers for the development of this idea.

      Now these new features a little documented. Ask questions here - I will try to respond as quickly as possible.
