    Description

      In case user wants to use qtlocation module in pure C++ project, without a QML, then it is not necessary to have a QT += quick dependency at all. For example, if the user uses only the QGeoServiceProvider class without an UI. But, then windeployqt lies and do not process the geoservice plugins, please, see a bug QTBUG-61645.
