    Description

Currently the scroll to functionality only seems to work when clicking links within a page.
Using F1 or double clicking an index entry (even repeatedly – which used to workaround this issue) just randomly jumps within the page.
This makes it incredibly frustrating to work with.

This apparently concern the webengine based help viewer.
      Mentioned in passing in QTCREATORBUG-17758
      referring to QTBUG-54172

I also see similar issues directly in chromium, that setting an anchor URL for the current page or refreshing an page with anchor doesn’t work for quite a while now.

If the webengine bug isn’t fixed please consider disabling this backend by default or implementing a workaround.
