    Description

      Steps to reproduce the issues:
      1. Set keyboard layout to Hebrew in Windows Language Preferences
      2. Run attached test application
      3. Press CTRL + G

      Expected outcome:
      Keyboard shortcut is triggered

      Actual outcome:
      Keyboard shortcut doesn't get triggered

      Tested on:
      Windows 10
