Android: Enable FBO readback workaround for more devices

This was addressed for earlier Adreno chipsets with: https://git.qt.io/consulting-usa/qtbase-xcb-rendering/commit/9ae028f507a22bd03c861e9d14c2efc4aa2efeda

However while using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x (Snapdragon 625) which uses the Adreno 506 this issue is still existing. Manually forcing "QT_ENABLE_GLYPH_CACHE_WORKAROUND" for each QT application works, however it's better to solve it in qtbase directly by add additional Adreno chipsets that need this workaround.
