Windows: Quick nano browser example crashes on startup

    Description

      1. Install the official preview of Qt 5.11.0 Beta 3 and Qt WebEngine.
      2. Start Qt Creator from this installation.
      3. Use a default Release configuration suggested by Creator.
      4. Try to run this.
        It builds fine but execution fails with: 
        QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component
qrc:/ApplicationRoot.qml:65 Type BrowserWindow unavailable
qrc:/BrowserWindow.qml:448 Cannot assign to non-existent property "onRegisterProtocolHandlerPermissionRequested"
