Please upgrade masm to a newer version supporting AVX

      qtdeclarative's copy of masm is dated from 2010, before AVX support was added. Please update so it will generate AVX code whenever available.

      Other goodies include support for all 16 vector registers, not just 8, in 64-bit mode.
