Ability to use Qt Lite configuration with Yocto

      It must be possible to use Qt Lite configuration (with commercial Qt and) with Yocto based embedded Linux.

      Business justification

      Qt Lite configuration is by far most useful on confined (embedded) platforms. Turns out we have not fully implemented or documented how the Qt Lite configuration that is created with Qt Configurator Tool can be used in context with Yocto recipes.

      For Qt Lite, the support for Yocto based environment is more important than support for desktop (QTPM-732) or mobile platforms (QTPM-460).
