Error during installation under Windows 7/MSVC 2015

      During installation Qt 5.11.2 I'm persistently receiving the following error (Message box):

      Error during installation process (qt.qt5.5112.win64_msvc2015_64): The output of C:\Qt\5.11.2\msvc2015_64\bin\qmake.exe -query is not parseable. Please file a bugreport with this dialog https://bugreports.qt-project.org. output: ""

      The error reproduces both during web-based installation (Qt Web Installer 3.0.5) and offline installer of Qt 5.11.2. According to output it seems only 64-bit components for MS Visual Studio 2015 are affected.

      Target systems where error has been reproduced: Windows 7 Professional 32 and 64 bit.
      I could not find out if functionality of framework is affected after the installation, the product is still being prepared for porting to x64, 32-bit version works well
