DejaVu fonts monochrome symbols prevent color emojis

      KDE Plasma version: 5.14.2
      Qt version: 5.11.2
      KDE Frameworks version: 5.51.0
      Kernel version: 4.18.15-1-default
      OS Type: 64-bit
      CPU: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50GHz
      RAM: 7.7 GiB

      Installed both DejaVu fonts and Noto Color Emoji fonts.

      In Chromium, Falkon (Qt WebEngine) and gedit (GTK3), emojis are all colored:

       

      But in Qt applications (Qt Widgets and Qt Quick), some DejaVu monochrome symbols are used other than colored emoji. Like Kate, qBittorrent:
