DejaVu fonts monochrome symbols prevent color emojis

      Installed both DejaVu fonts and Noto Color Emoji fonts.

      In Chromium, Falkon (Qt WebEngine) and gedit (GTK3), emojis are all colored:

       

      But in Qt applications (Qt Widgets and Qt Quick), some DejaVu monochrome symbols are used other than colored emoji. Like Kate, qBittorrent:
