E-bike demo should be public and part of Qt examples and documentation

    Description

      Following already done actions (QTBUG-67142 and QTPM-1125), we need to make the e-bike demo

      1. Repositories public
      2. Add the demo to the Qt Creator examples
      3. Add to the Design Studio examples (DONE)
      4. Add documentations

      Assuming the QDS used variant https://codereview.qt-project.org/gitweb?p=qt-creator/tqtc-plugin-qtquickdesigner.git;a=tree;f=studioexamples/examples/EBikeDesign;h=f323c62c6a13bf4ef8a81a1d4ac16da9258b4db3;hb=HEAD of the demo is the tip of the tree we should copy and use elsewhere.
