Add M2M protocol libraries to B2Qt images on 5.9 and 5.12 patch updates

    Description

      The M2M protocols are missing from B2Qt images. This makes Qt for Automation customers handicapped when starting their project targeting embedded device on ready-made B2Qt image. We should add the Industrial Automation bits in to the B2Qt images regardless if user has a license on host side to use them or not.
