[Reg 5.12.0->5.12.1] Menus cut off on first open

    Description

      • install qt-creator-enterprise-windows-x86-4.9.0-beta1_2832.exe
      • open Qt Creator
      • press Alt-F

      The file menu opens but is cut off at the right. See attachment.

      Opening the menu again will display it correctly.

      Note that I have turned off the welcome plugin if that makes any difference.
