Reconsider QWebEnginePage, QWebEngineView API's

    Description

      A lot of API in QWebEnginePage and QWebEngineView is duplicated, but not all. This was originally just inherited from WebKit, but we now have the chance to clean this up in Qt 6.

      We should have some clear guidance on which API of QWebEnginePage should also be in QWebEngineView, and which not. If we decide to remove some API from QWebEngineView we should deprecate it already in Qt 5.14.
