Font fallback in QTextBrowser not working

      The monospace font, most visible in enums, but also in inline monospace text, comes as  very blocky font. It reminds me of MS FixedSys.

      In the same machine, with the same configure switches, Qt 5.11.1 doesn't show this issue. See attached comparison.
