Font fallback in QTextBrowser not working

    Description

      The monospace font, most visible in enums, but also in inline monospace text, comes as  very blocky font. It reminds me of MS FixedSys.

      In the same machine, with the same configure switches, Qt 5.11.1 doesn't show this issue. See attached comparison.

      Also attached is the configure output.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-75333 [Reg 5.12.2-> 5.13.0] Font fallback is not working for Courier font
