Phase 3: QBSP automated validation upon partner submission for distribution

    Description

      When a partner (or for that matter anyone) submits a new QBSP for validation and distribution there should be automated testing for the package.

      This needs to be at minimum

      • mechanism to validate that the package contains all required elements, configurations and other relevant bits (QBSP is built correctly)

      possibly also

      • install test through Maintenance tool to Qt Creator,
