Window drawn elements not scale on dpiawareness=2 when using different dpi screens

When setting the qt.conf file with dpiawareness=2, the window draw elements, such as titlebar will not be scaled.

This can be observed by having two screens with diferent dpi and change the app between screens.

There is already a issue open that suggests to do this, but right now this appears more as a bug.

This can be observed by creating a default app and put the qt.conf with dpiawareness=2.

The qt.conf should be placed where the app is generated, near the .exe file.
