Designer and qmlpuppet in the QRhi-based world

    Description

      designersupport module in Qt Quick provides its own render loop etc. Will it work (with QRhi)?

      Will designer/puppet work at least when running with the OpenGL backend of QRhi?

      Lots of uncertainties around how this would work in 6.x. Puppet redesign for more efficient buffer sharing between processes (per-platform solutions)?
