Description
Add infrastructure for built-in (non-generated) shaders. Shadow mapping is the first user, so include the directional and point light shadow related shaders. Other shaders are to be ported later on as we go.
Initially we'll just manually process and check in the .qsb files, just like we do for Qt Quick.
