import QtQml in dependencies doesn't work on static builds if omitted from the main qml

    Description

      Can reproduce for example with qtdeclarative/tests/manual/pointer or qtwebengine/examples/pdf/pdfviewer on a static build on macOS, Linux or iOS. (it came up on iOS because builds are always static)
