OpenGL Qt5Widgetsd crash on start on Intel + NVIDIA GPU systems
Repro steps : similar to the old https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-50371 but with NVIDIA GPU and now crashes in the Intel driver when running https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/catalystbrowse

Workarounds:
- Disable NVIDIA GPU or
- Disable Intel GPU or
- Make Windows main display the NVIDIA display
