Port Qt5QmlImportScanner to Qt6

    Description

      For CMake static Qt Quick applications that use a statically built Qt to work, we need to run qmlimportscanner, similar to how it was done with qt5_import_qml_plugins in Qt5.

      Figure out how to port this functionality to Qt 6.
