Update qtlocation dependencies in dev

    Description

      There are few changes in the dev branch for qtlocation blocked by old dependencies, every integration fails with:

       Info: creating cache file /home/qt/work/qt/qtbase/.qmake.cache
 ERROR: Enabling/Disabling unknown feature 'forkfd_pidfd'.

      That feature is introduced in 2ed99ff5ca338ac02f71c347b1449d4662e6c221.
