Add FolderTableModel

      This is necessary to implement a non-native FileDialog.

      Qt.labs.folderlistmodel has a FolderListModel, so it could go in there. However, it could be a little weird to have a FolderTableModel in that import, so perhaps we could take the opportunity to move FolderListModel into Qt.labs.qmlmodels. Eventually all of those should be moved to QtQml.Models.
