SPIKE: How GitLab could bee used to provide distribution for conan server

    Description

      GitLab provides DevOps and distribution services for conan clients similarly to JFrog Artifacts. Could we use GitLab to distribute packages for a Conan client? The study includes at least: 

      • Is it feasible at all?
      • What would be the costs?
      • What kind of GitLab instance would be needed? 
      • Does the open source license agreement allow distributions?
