Android devices with line-like bottombars
-
-
2024wk50s3FOQtforAndroid
Description
1) Create an empty Qt Quick app.
2) Tilt the device to landscape orientation.
3) Build and run the app on the device while in landscape orientation.
4) Rotate the device to a portrait orientation.
5) In portrait orientation you will get a black bar that corresponds with the bottombar in landscape mode.
*) I believe this is limited to devices with a line-like bottombar such as the Motorola One Lite (the device I tested on). If you minimize the app and then come back to it, the black bar artifact disappears. Didn't reproduce it on other devices so far. Also, this doesn't seem to happen if you make the app fullscreen - the bottombar disappears from both landscape and portrait orientations.
