We use Qt's BT discovery functionality and it worked just fine in Qt 5.13.2

After moving to Qt 5.15.2 BT discovery stopped working for our users on our dedicated target device that doesn't have built-in GPS (Android 7.1.2). Location service is greyed out in its system menu so it is not possible to turn it on. It is weird. Looks like regression.

We spent time for accommodating our QML to Qt 5.15.2 (many things work different comparing to 5.13) so it is difficult to move back to Qt 5.13.2. In addition 5.15 is LTS so we planned to stay with it for a long time. Is it possible to make BT discovery working in the same way as it was in Qt 5.13?
