[REG 5.15.2 -> 5.15.3] DevTools do not highlight elements when hovering

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Simple Browser or Quick Nano Browser
      2. Right click on the page and select "Open Inspector in new window"
      3. Hover over elements in the source code.

      Expected result:
      Hovered elements get a blue highlight in the original browser window

      Actual result:
      No highlight visible

      The rest of the DevTools seems to work as expected.
