QOpenGLWidget: Application freezes on non-primary display

    Description

      Given an application with a QOpenGLWidget: The application freezes on start when it's launching on a secondary monitor. However, no crash occurs.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open QOpenGLWidgetCrash project
      2. Start application on secondary monitor

      Tested on Windows 10 Home 19041.985, NVIDIA GeForce GTX1080 with Max-Q Design, Driver version 466.47

      Second display is attached with USB-C to Display Port.
