Document that AUTOMOC is needed for qt_add_qml_module

      Check that we don't cause a FATAL_ERROR if AUTOMOC for a backing target is disabled.
      Document that enabling AUTOMOC is highly recommended.
      If it's disabled, it's the user project's responsibility to ensure that everything works.

      This restriction might be relaxed in later Qt 6 minor versions.
